How do I adjust the brightness and warmth?
Serein One features an integrated flush brass touch switch embedded seamlessly in its weighted base. A short touch powers the lamp on or off, while a continuous hold activates stepless dimming from a soft 2200K amber glow up to 2700K warm reading light.
Can Serein One illuminate an entire room?
Serein One is intentionally art-directed as an intimate object and ambient companion. Rather than flooding a space with harsh utilitarian lumens, it creates a tactile pool of soft, glare-free light intended for nightstands, credenzas, dining tables, and reading corners.

What is the battery life and how is it recharged?
On a single charge, the custom high-density lithium cell delivers 8–40 hours of continuous illumination depending on brightness level. It recharges via a weighted magnetic USB-C charging dock in approximately 3.5 hours, allowing it to be used continuously while docked.
How do I care for the unlacquered brass and opal glass?
To clean the mouth-blown glass globe, wipe gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. The solid brass base is intentionally unlacquered; it will naturally deepen and oxidize over time, recording your touch. If you prefer high polish, standard brass paste gently restores its mirror finish.

Where do you ship and what packaging is used?
We ship worldwide using 100% recyclable, plastic-free molded pulp packaging. All shipments are carbon-neutral and include regional power adapters for US, UK, EU, AU, and JP.
What is your return policy and in-home trial?
We believe an object must be experienced in your own evening light. We provide a 30-day in-home evaluation period. If Serein One does not harmonize with your rituals, return it in original packaging for a full refund. All lamps include our 2-year repair warranty.
